Order Processing
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order or custom-configured robots (such as the NavBot-D1) require additional production time of 2–6 weeks; estimated lead times are listed on each product page.

International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Estimated transit time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. For freight shipments on large equipment, our team will coordinate delivery scheduling with you directly.
Delays
Severe weather, customs inspections, and carrier issues can occasionally cause delays. We will notify you promptly if your order is impacted.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact sales@navbot.com within 72 hours of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Local Pickup
