Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-built or made-to-order robots (e.g., NavBot-D1 with custom configuration)
  • Software licenses and digital downloads after activation
  • Consumable parts that have been opened or installed
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

  1. Email sales@navbot.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review and, if approved, send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship using a tracked carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply on opened or large items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for a different model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty Service (after 30 days)

Robotics products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty (90 days for components and parts). For warranty repairs after the return window, email sales@navbot.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video.
